The packing support is composed of porous, spherical, and highly cross-linked poly(styrene/divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) beads with a particle size of 5 μm. The column is compatible with most aqueous buffers, such as acetate, phosphate, tris, etc. Sepax Desalting RP columns come in a combo pack containing 3 columns and one holder.

Column packing material comprises of a trifunctional amide bonded to a Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) substrate. Column is designed for HILIC-mode separations of 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB), 2-aminobenzoic acid (2-AA), or Waters RapiFluor-MS (RFMS) labeled glycans. To ensure batch-to-batch consistency, each batch is specifically QC tested with Waters Glycan Performance Test Standard.

Column packing material comprises of a fully endcapped mixed-mode C18/anion exchange bonding bonded to a highly retentive Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) 95Å substrate, providing a charge-based separation and supreme resolution for acidic glycan. Column is specifically QC tested with sialylated glycan performance standard to provide a complete charge-based separation solution.

Column packing material comprises of a trifunctional amide bonded to a Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) substrate. Column is primarily designed for the analysis of intact glycoproteins, glycoprotein fragments, glycopeptides, and released and labelled glycans. To ensure batch-to-batch consistency, each batch is specifically QC tested with Waters Glycoprotein Performance Test Standard.

GP-C18 uses full coverage bonded silica packing, which provides exceptionally high stability. The unique mono-functional bonding chemistry of GP-C18 avoids the formation of multiple C18 layers. Such uniform stationary phase allows the separation to achieve high selectivity and high efficiency.

GP-C4 columns have unique selectivity and peak symmetry with moderate retention for separations of acidic, neutral and basic organic compounds, such as pharmaceuticals, peptides, and organic acids.

The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase. GP-C8 phase is suitable for separating compounds with a wide range of hydrophobicity. It is highly recommended for separating the compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 phases.
