Column packing material comprises of a fully endcapped trifunctional bonded C18 ligand bonded to an Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) substrate, seeing application in separating detritylated synthetic oligonucleotides based on ion-pair, reversed-phase chromatography. Column is specifically QC tested with synthetic DNA ladder, and is tested with Waters MassPrep OST standards to ensure repeatable performance.
