Monomix MC10 SEC columns are packed with highly crosslinked, rigid, spherical polymethacrylate-based particles engineered for high-performance size exclusion chromatography.
With a narrow particle-size distribution, 10 µm particle size, and pore size options of 500, 1000, and 3000 Å, these columns support efficient separation across a wide range of biomolecular sizes. Proprietary hydrophilic surface chemistry minimizes nonspecific interactions between the sample and the stationary phase, helping to improve recovery, reduce secondary interactions, and maintain more reliable size-based separations. The uniform, smooth, and highly spherical particle architecture contributes to low backpressure, high column efficiency, and consistent column performance. Monomix MC10 SEC columns offer broad pH tolerance (2-12), elevated temperature stability up to 80 °C, and operating pressures up to 10 bar for demanding SEC workflows.
