Description
FASTER safety cabinets are already characterised by a high level of equipment as standard - tailored to the highest requirements in terms of safety, ergonomics and performance. The basic equipment varies depending on the model, but can be supplemented at any time with a wide range of optional accessories and customised extensions.
Work surfaces & configurations
All cabinets have high-quality, robust stainless steel work surfaces as standard. We offer different variants to optimise the air flow and for easy cleaning:
- Solid multipiece work surface
- Perforated multipiece work surface for better air distribution
- Drain pan/spillage tray for safe liquids collection
- Non-perforated segments for specific areas of application
- V-shaped worktops - ergonomically optimised
Table frames - manually or electrically height-adjustable
Ergonomics at the workplace is a key factor. In addition to the manually adjustable base frames, we also offer an optional:
Electrically height-adjustable frame
- with integrated lifting cylinders
- Remote control for height adjustment
- Optionally with castors, e.g. for mobile animal changing stations
Integrated technology & interfaces
Modern connections are essential for research, documentation and digital processes:
- Touchscreen monitor (19")
- integrated flush into the rear panel
- GMP-cleanable - Interface options:
- RS 232, RS 485, USB / USB 3.0, RJ45 (LAN/CAT6)
- Data transfer to laboratory IT or external systems
Filter technology & particle monitoring
- Additional pre-filter: For high-abrasion applications - extends the service life of the main filter
- Individually selectable filter fleece depending on requirements
- Particle counter for cleanroom class A

Media connections & fittings
Our safety cabinets can be customised with fittings and media connections - ergonomically integrated into the side or rear panel. Compatible with international standards (e.g. DIN 12898 / DIN 12919 / DIN 3537).

- Installation on the inside rear wall for shadow-free irradiation
UV lamps are not a substitute for manual cleaning. Replacement recommended every 12 months.

The supports allow a comfortable working position for the operator as well as correct inflow (the air slots at the front are not obstructed)
