S-TwinDrive™ system - two compressors for double safety
At the heart of every appliance in the TC series is the intelligent S-TwinDrive cooling system with two independent inverter compressors. This system not only ensures constant and even temperature distribution, but also guarantees operational reliability in the event of a fault:
- Should one compressor fail, the second keeps the temperature stable at up to -75 °C.
- Ideal for critical long-term storage where sample integrity must be guaranteed without compromise.
Highest precision & energy efficiency
- Temperature range from -40 °C to -86 °C, adjustable with an accuracy of 1 °C
- Inverter technology adjusts the compressor output to the cooling requirement in real time → up to 9.9 kWh daily consumption
- Housing with vacuum panel insulation (130 mm) for outstanding energy efficiency
- Direct cooling system with sound-insulating design - noise level max. 54.4 dB(A)
