GPD4240 Two-Stage Differential Autochange Gas Manifold
The Gasarc Tech Master GPD4240 two-stage piston differential autochange gas manifold is designed for primary pressure gas control of non-corrosive or toxic, technical gases up to grade 4.5 purity (99.995%) in gas distribution systems where constant delivery pressure is required.

Description
The Gasarc Tech Master GPD4240 two-stage differential autochange gas manifold is designed to provide continuous gas flow and precise pressure control for critical applications. Boasting a twin-cylinder configuration, this automatic gas manifold ensures uninterrupted supply by switching sources when a cylinder is depleted, making it ideal for high-demand environments. With high-pressure isolation valves and a process line isolation valve, it offers the user complete control to securely shut off the gas flow. This two-stage gas manifold is made with a brass barstock body to endure harsh conditions without corroding.
- Two-stage pressure regulation ensures stable pressure output, supporting critical applications with constant flow.
- Brass barstock construction enhances durability and resilience against environmental exposure.
- High-pressure isolation valves provide safe gas shut-off for increased safety during servicing.
- Process line isolation valve enables easy isolation, facilitating maintenance and reducing downtime.
- Encapsulated valve design lowers contamination risk to maintain high purity in gas delivery.
- Twin-cylinder configuration enables uninterrupted supply, essential for continuous operations.
