Description
The SCAT Green Line StarterKit III, GL45 contains 4 hermetically sealing, fluorine-free safety caps for the safe HPLC solvent supply on laboratory bottles with GL45 thread. The high-quality PEEK core replaces the commonly used PTFE core and makes the caps completely free of fluoropolymers. This makes them particularly suitable for PFAS-sensitive applications as well as laboratories with increased requirements for sustainability and regulatory safety. Three capillary connections per cap enable the clean routing of the solvent lines directly to the HPLC system. The integrated ventilation valve opens under negative pressure and ensures a controlled, filtered air supply into the bottle. This reduces solvent vapors, improves occupational safety and at the same time supports stable and PFAS-sensitive laboratory processes in analytics, chemistry and pharmaceuticals.
