Description
The LAF Trolley was specially developed for the protected transport and temporary storage of sensitive products in cleanroom and GMP environments. Whether for transfer between separate zones (e.g. before or after autoclaving) or as mobile storage under controlled conditions - the LAF Trolley offers reliable product protection in cleanroom class ISO 5 in accordance with NF, EN, ISO 14644-1.

Filtration
- Multi-stage filter system:
G3 pre-filter (in accordance with EN 779) with 80-90 % retention capacity
HEPA H13 filter (optional H14) in accordance with CEN EN 1822 - highly efficient particle separation
Quick-release system for tool-free filter maintenance
Power supply
- Self-sufficient UPS unit with maintenance-free dry battery
- Operating time when fully charged: up to 100 minutes
- Charge status indicator on the trolley
- Note: Device should remain permanently connected to the power supply in order to be ready for operation at all times
- Optional: dual UPS system for longer operating autonomy or safety-critical applications
Construction and mobility
- Made entirely of AISI 304L 4B stainless steel (Scotch-Brite surface) - suitable for cleanrooms, smooth surfaces with <0.8 µm roughness
- Side panels and covers optionally made of stainless steel or 8 mm safety glass
- Interior with stainless steel support rails to accommodate shelves
- number of shelves variable depending on interior height and customer requirements - Handles at the front and rear for safe manoeuvring
- Hinged or removable front panel - quick access to the interior
- 360° swivelling castors with locking function - maximum manoeuvrability with secure footing
