Description
Engineered for extreme durability and chemical resistance, petrochemical safety hoses are essential for safe fluid transfer in high-risk industrial environments.
Te LifeGuard safety system is built into a metallic hose assembly that uses a 316L Stainless Steel Tubeand 304 Stainless Steel Reinforced braid. Utilizing a Engineered Compression Spring system with twonon-return valves installed within each ftting, we have now included a Tri-Bolt Flange System withthree shear bolts on one ftting that separates under acontrolled condition and prevents product lossin the event of an emergency separation. Te LifeGuard™ Tri-Bolt Breakaway Hose is designed toseparate at any angle when subjected to a designated pull force. In case of separation, its patentpending design assures that not less than two bolts will separate causing the internal valves to engageand the piping to remain intact with fow stopped on both ends of the hose

• Direct braided 1/4˝ through 2˝ on reels
• Annular construction

Maximum Working Pressure: Full vacuum upto 3190 psig depending on size and braidconfguration
Temperature: Cryogenic to 1250°FModel of Hose Material: UFBXO Unbraided/UFBX1 One Braid/UFBX2 Two Braid
