Pyrobubbles® are an extinguishing agent that has been positively tested by the MPA Dresden (according to DIN EN 3-7) for solid and liquid flammable substances (fire classes A, B, D and F).100% eco-friendly.

Features
- Specialised solution for metal fires: Class D Fires
- ideal filling material for the storage and transport of lithium-ion batteries (UN 3480, UN 3090), consists mainly of silicon dioxide with an average grain size of 0.5 to 5 mm
- Absorbs electrolytes (BAM tested). Filtering and binding of electrolytes, gases and liquids
- Low thermal conductivity and electrically insulating
- non-combustible building material (A1, DIN 4101, EN 13501) Permanent thermal and chemical resistance up to 1050°
- Specific heat capacity of just 0.7 kJ/(kg.K), porosity of 85%
- Can be stored, low storage costs, maintenance-free and hydrophobic
- Mounting provides vibration protection
- Floats on the surface of liquids therefore especially suitable for fighting liquid fires regardless of polarity.
- Can be collected up after use and for the most part reused
- Porous hollow glass granules, building material class A-,1 (DIN 4102, EN13501)
- For the safe transport of defective and critical lithium-ion batteries in accordance with ADR 2019 (SV 376, SV 377, SV 310, P 911).
- Extinguishing media positive tested by MPA Dresden according to EN 3-7 for solid and liquid combustible substances (fire classes A, B, D and F).
- For use in packaging group I/steel containers
- Thermal resistance: < 1050°C. They begin to melt at higher temperatures, forming an enclosed, thermally insulating layer around the seat of the fire.
