SRT-LVL SEC
Utilizing proprietary surface technologies, Sepax SRT-LVL SEC phases are composed of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometer-thick films chemically bonded to high-purity, mechanically stable silica.
Sepax Technologies
Description
The Sepax proprietary surface technologies allow thin film formation to be well-controlled, which results in high column-to-column reproducibility. The nature of the chemical bonding and the maximum bonding density of the thin film benefit SRT-LVL SEC phases with high stability. The uniform surface coating enables high-efficiency separation. The large pore volume of these resins enables high separation capacity, leading to high resolution. SRT-LVL SEC columns are packed with a proprietary slurry technique to achieve uniform and stable packing bed density for maximum column efficiency. SRT-LVL SEC phases are designed to ensure high resolution and maximum recovery for the separation applications of large biomacromolecules, including viral particles, high molecular weight water-soluble polymers, long-chain oligonucleotides (e.g., sgRNA or plasmid DNA), lipid-based nanoparticles, PEG/lipid-conjugates, and other similar sample types. Typical applications for SRT-LVL SEC columns are the separation and detection in aqueous buffer mobile phases.
