Proteomix POR50-dT20

Sepax Proteomix POR50-dT20 Affinity Resin is a monodispersed PS/DVB base bead that has a profuse porous structure with large through pores, good physical and chemical stability and good pressure resistance.
Oligo dT20-mer is conjugated to the bead surface through a proprietary method. The resulting affinity resin is specially designed and highly optimized for the isolation of messenger RNA (mRNA). Most mRNA molecules contain a tail of poly(adenylic acid) (polyA tail), up to 250 bases in length. The Proteomix POR dT20 Affinity Resin surface allows capture of mRNA through base pairing between oligo dT20-mer and the mRNA polyA tail using a simple and convenient chromatography procedure.

Proteomix POR IEX

Proteomix POR IEX
Proteomix POR ion exchange resin is specifically designed for the separation and purification of biological samples. Proteomix POR-S/Q is based on the uniform PS/DVB beads with particle size of 15/30 μm. It has good physical and chemical stability with better pressure resistance.

Proteomix POR-SA

The Proteomix POR-SA Affinity HTP column is designed for high-throughput analysis of biotinylated biomolecules under high-pressure conditions.
Built on a robust PS/DVB resin with large 1000–2000 Å pores, it offers excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability. Functionalized with covalently bound recombinant streptavidin, the column provides high ligand density, minimal leakage, and strong, reliable biotin-binding performance. As a flexible immobilization platform, it enables rapid capture of biotinylated ligands for interaction studies, supporting fast, customizable assay development with consistent performance under high back-pressure conditions.

Proteomix RP

Proteomix® RP packings are porous polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) polymer resins with narrow-dispersed particle size distribution.
The base matrix of the resin is made of highly cross-linked PS/DVB which functions as reversed phase for chromatographic separation. The phase structure is phenyl and substituted phenyl functional groups that enable hydrophobic interaction. These highly rigid resins are provided with the particle size selection of 5, and 10 µm. In comparison to silica based reversed phase media, Proteomix® RP phases have advantages for biomolecule separations with wide pH range (1-14) and high thermal stability. At various column temperatures, the Proteomix® RP phases offer special selectivity, high resolution separation with online mass spec analysis capability for proteins such as mAb (monoclonal antibody), ADC (antibody drug conjugate) and related protein fragments.

SRT-10C SEC

Utilizing proprietary surface technologies, SRT-10 and SRT-10C SEC phases are made of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometer thick films chemically bonded on high purity and mechanically stabilized 10 µm silica.
The well-controlled surface chemistry results in excellent lot-to-lot reproducibility. Our unique bonding chemistry, coupled with the maximized bonding density, allows SRT-10 and SRT-10C SEC phases to provide high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. SRT-10 and SRT-10C packings have large pore volume, resulting in high separation resolution. The narrowly dispersed, spherical silica particles of the SRT-10 SEC-100, 300, 500 and 2000 have nominal pore sizes at 100 Å, 300 Å, 500 Å and 2000 Å, respectively. Typical applications for SRT-10 and SRT-10C columns include separation and detection of biological molecules and water-soluble polymers in aqueous buffers.

SRT-LVL SEC

Utilizing proprietary surface technologies, Sepax SRT-LVL SEC phases are composed of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometer-thick films chemically bonded to high-purity, mechanically stable silica.
The Sepax proprietary surface technologies allow thin film formation to be well-controlled, which results in high column-to-column reproducibility. The nature of the chemical bonding and the maximum bonding density of the thin film benefit SRT-LVL SEC phases with high stability. The uniform surface coating enables high-efficiency separation. The large pore volume of these resins enables high separation capacity, leading to high resolution. SRT-LVL SEC columns are packed with a proprietary slurry technique to achieve uniform and stable packing bed density for maximum column efficiency. SRT-LVL SEC phases are designed to ensure high resolution and maximum recovery for the separation applications of large biomacromolecules, including viral particles, high molecular weight water-soluble polymers, long-chain oligonucleotides (e.g., sgRNA or plasmid DNA), lipid-based nanoparticles, PEG/lipid-conjugates, and other similar sample types. Typical applications for SRT-LVL SEC columns are the separation and detection in aqueous buffer mobile phases.
