With its advanced dual cooling system (dual cascade), the M series guarantees maximum operational reliability:
- Two independent compressors: If one compressor fails, the second one reliably maintains down to -70 °C - ideal for critical samples.
- Rapid cooling: From +25 °C to -80 °C in just approx. 3 hours.
- Temperature stability: Uniform cooling in the interior with max. ±5 °C deviation.

- The ColdFAST M series stands for maximum sustainability:
- Refrigerant: Only environmentally friendly hydrocarbons (HC) with low GWP
- VIP+ hybrid insulation & vacuum panels (130 mm thick) for minimised cooling losses
- Energy savings of up to 40 % compared to conventional systems
- Whisper-quiet operation at just 50-54 dB(A) thanks to direct cooling with sound-insulating housing
