Description
The FASTER GloveFAST cRABS (Closed Restricted Access Barrier System) is a highly developed, active isolator system with a physical barrier between the operator and the product. Developed for applications with the highest demands on process safety, cleanliness and protection against cross-contamination, the cRABS system is used in particular in areas such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, biotechnology, chemicals and electronics production. With its high-quality workmanship, ergonomic design and clear separation between operator and product, the GloveFAST cRABS fulfils the current GMP specifications and ISO 14644-1 cleanliness class requirements - and offers maximum flexibility for different production environments.
Technology & protection principle - controlled atmosphere through closed barrier
The GloveFAST cRABS works with an active airflow system that generates a unidirectional, laminar airflow in ISO class 5 (cleanroom class A) - even in a class B environment (ISO 7). The airflow is designed to ensure both product protection and the exclusion of potential contamination from outside.

- Physical separation: Closed glove systems (glove ports) enable intervention in the process without direct contact
- Ergonomic work area: Optimised height and depth (1,000 mm) for comfortable working, even over longer periods of time
- High load capacity in the work area: Load capacity of up to 500 kg, suitable for heavy process and laboratory equipment
- Variable usable space widths: Up to 2.2 metres wide, ideal for complex production lines or multiple workstations
- Airlock technology: Integrated airlocks for the safe infeed and outfeed of material, optionally with decontamination system
- Quality workmanship: High-quality materials, manufactured in Italy to the latest standards
