Description
The Gasarc Tech Master GPD414 two-stage acetylene manifold is designed to enhance safety and efficiency in cutting and welding applications. With a twin-cylinder differential autochange setup, it seamlessly switches between cylinders, ensuring a continuous gas supply while minimising downtime. The manifold system features an automatic quick-acting shut-off device that cuts gas flow in emergencies, paired with an integrated flashback arrestor for added protection against backflow. This two-stage unit also includes low and high-pressure isolation valves to offer precise control, making it an ideal choice for applications with varying pressure requirements.
- Durable brass barstock construction provides long-lasting performance and resistance to corrosion.
- Low- and high-pressure isolation valves enable precise control of gas flow for different pressure levels.
- High-pressure line purge valve allows easy and safe purging of the system before maintenance.
- Twin-cylinder configuration for continuous gas supply with minimised downtime.
- Automatic quick-acting shut-off device instantly cuts off gas flow in case of emergencies.
- Integrated flashback arrestor stops reverse gas flow, reducing risks.
