HyperGo™ Spore Discs for VHP Processes
Excelsior Scientific offers HyperGo™ stainless steel 6mm discs packaged in Tyvek® for use is VHP (Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide) disinfection processes. These are available in Log 3, Log 4 and Log 6 populations as well as in both strains (12980 & 7953) of Geobacillus Stearothermophilus.

Description
HyperGo™ Spore Discs for VHP Processes are biological indicators designed to monitor and verify vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) sterilization processes. Using standardized bacterial spores, these spore discs provide a reliable method for evaluating sterilization effectiveness in isolators, chambers, and other controlled environments. Their convenient disc format supports routine process monitoring and validation of VHP sterilization cycles.
Spore Discs will fit into small areas of a device where a standard-sized (6 mm x 30 mm) spore strip cannot be used, such as within a syringe barrel, inside tubing or under a cap.
Excelsior Spore Discs are manufactured in shelf packs of 100 with an 18 or 24 month shelf-life, based on organism and date of manufacture, when stored under room temperature conditions. Discs are certified for species population, purity, resistance, (dvalue, zvalue, survival/kill data, where applicable) and expiration date.
