Three Configurations To Choose From: AF: One fixed endpiece and one adjustable endpiece AA: Two adjustable endpieces FF: Non-adjustable with two fixed endpieces When you buy a ready-assembled Generik FPLC Empty Column, you will receive: 1) Column Assembly: A ready-assembled column of -FF, -AF or -AA configuration, comprising a glass tube of the required dimensions pre-assembled with 25 µm PE frits. 2) Frit Kit: 2 × 30 µm PTFE frits, 2 × 10 µm PTFE frits, 2 × 25 µm PE frits 3) Fittings Kit: 2 m × 1/16" OD PTFE tubing with 1/4-28 UNF fitting (PP) at one end, 0.5 m × 1/16" OD PTFE tubing with 1/4-28 UNF fitting (PP) at one end
