SteriGo™ Self-Contained Biological Indicators are designed for convenient monitoring and verification of sterilization processes. Each self-contained unit combines the biological indicator with the necessary growth medium, simplifying handling and reducing the risk of contamination during testing. They provide a practical solution for routine sterilization monitoring in laboratories, healthcare facilities, and other environments where reliable sterilization verification is required.
Excelsior Scientific offers SteriGo™ Self-Contained Biological Indicators (SCBIs), for monitoring steam (spore population = 10⁵ and 10⁶), Ethylene Oxide Gas and Hydrogen Peroxide (population 10⁶) sterilisation processes.
Each SCBI unit consists of a plastic container with a cap, a crushable glass ampule with recovery media, and a disc inoculated with spores.
Excelsior SCBIs are offered in boxes of 100 units. They are certified for species, population, purity, resistance (dvalue, zvalue, where applicable) and expiration date.
